Job Responsibilities:
HR:
1) Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
2) Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement,arranging interview, employment contracts and etc.
3) Oversee all administrative tasks in the office
3) Manage month end payroll, EPF & SOCSO , EIS, PCB and HRDF payment.
4) Manage ISO 9001 documentation
Account:
5) To handle full set of accounts
6) Assist in daily accounting matters in as effective and accurate manner.
7) Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, banker, company secretary and other.
8) Review and reconcile intercompany transaction, prepare montly bank reconciliation and others.
9) Perform a range of accounting duties and updating accounting records.
10) Have knowledge on GST/SST submission.
11) Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
1) Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advance Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2) At least 2 years relevant working experience at HR & Account field. 3) Familiar with SQL Accounting & Payroll software, Excel Worksheets and computerized accounting systems.
4) Proactive working attitude, good personality, meticulous and able to work under pressure.
5) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6) Ability to work independently and able to work under minimum supervision.
7) Candidate with immediate availability will be added advantage.
8) Required language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
9) Knowledge in ISO 9001 will be add advantage
