Job Description

• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationship with customers 
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements. 
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs. 
• Handover after-sales support to Customer Satisfaction team.
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from your product in a designated region.
• Travelling to visit clients. 
• Prepare and issue quotations and invoices.
• Follow-up with payments from clients.
• Negotiating tender and contract terms 
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing to terms and conditions. 
• Commission scheme available on top of basic salary.
• Opportunity to be promoted to Head of Department with stock options 

Job Requirements

• Teamwork - Ability to build relationship quickly and effectively
• Good analytical and problem solving skills 
• At least 4 years experiences in sales environment with proven sales record
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization. Excellent communication in English. Mandarin and Bahasa is added advantage.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and service
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
