We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to manage our accounting and finance needs. You will be doing basic book-keeping and ensuring all our accounts and filings are up to date. You will also be liaising with customers to collect receivables and making payroll and payables to vendors. Besides that, you will be expected to keep track of all our business metrics and KPIs for our stakeholders.

Responsibilities
·         Managing and keeping up to date company’s full set of accounts

·         Responsible for monthly payment to suppliers, expense reimbursement and petty cash 

·         Perform month-end closing

·         Prepare general ledger journal entries

·         Prepare bank reconciliation

·         Review month-end inventory count

·         Review supplier statement of accounts reconciliation

·         Liaise with auditors and tax agents

·         Assist with annual financial audit and tax filing

·         Assist with ad-hoc tasks

·         Data entry of monthly invoices into system 

·         Collection, sorting, verification, checking and vouchering of suppliers invoices

·         Liaise with customers for payment on outstanding and overdue invoices 

·         Prepare billing data, statement of accounts and reports 

·         Preparing and sending out invoices to external parties as per scheduled 

·         Ensure up to date and accurate recording of receivables and payments 

·         Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy or Equivalent

·         At least 2 years of experience; F&B industry (preferred)

·         Familiar with standard accounting systems (preferred)

·         Team player. Able to work effectively with other department.

·         Fast learner, ability to work independently and within given deadlines.

·         Possess good interpersonal and communication skills PC literate, knowledge in basic Accounting and MS office software.
