Job Description

1. Deliver high-quality software product training, both in the classroom and through virtual classes.Ability to conduct training at client locations, conferences or regional user group as required.
2. Introduce and explain to users/customer clearly about every turnkey modules. Receive and analyze client's need and convey message back to the team.
3. Collaborate with team members to develop eLearning resources and videos to enhance training programs.
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, Workshops, etc. and make changes as needed to improve future results.
5. Schedule,coordinate, and deliver training modules,workshops etc.
6. Able to perform user acceptance test whenever required.
7. Be a strong individual contributor to the success and goals of the Application Frontline Team.
8. Manager support tickets that pertain to back-end team.
9. Assume additional responsibilities as required.
10. This position will require up to 70% international travel ( Asian countries).

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor in any engineering disciplines. Fresh graduates are encouraged.
2. Professional presentation skill including the ability to deliver in-depth technical content with enthusiasm.
3. Ability to learn complex, difficult concepts with minimal assistance
4. The ability to work independently. This position requires initiative and creativity from the candidate.
5. Excellent  written communication skills - The ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts, and to edit materials from others.
6. Exceptional planning and organization skills.
7. Demonstrated experience developing and performing product demonstration and training instruction/courses.
8. Ability to multi-task and work under demanding deadlines.
9. Strong knowledge of the following application :-

• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• MS Excel and other graphic design programs a plus
