Job Descriptions:

This is a 2+1 years programme which is divided into 4 phases plus 1 year deployment
During the first 24 months, candidate's will acquire the analytical, writing and presentation skills, and pass all related examinations, to become a licensed research analyst
Details as follows :
- On the job training – 70% on the job attachment at workplace
- Coaching and guidance by superiors during on the job training – 20% of learning
- Classroom training – 10% formal classroom & e-Learning

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

2nd class upper / 1st Class degree from top universities
Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance or Engineering
Proficiency in English
Strong understanding of financial markets
Good report writing and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
