Job Description
- Call and answer incoming calls from prospective customers;
- Review customers’ requirements and make appropriate recommendations;
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers;
- Keep record of customers’ information, calls, sales, and needs;
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries and generate further sales.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin;
- Good listening and closing skills;
- Persistent, result-oriented, and able to handle customer rejection;
- Experience of similar sales/customer service role is a bonus!
