About The Job

  • Key Strategist to lead the Offline and Digital Marketing efforts in an integrative way consolidating all the sales and marketing goals which will drive achievement of overall growth of the business as per the expansion & sustainability plan.
  • Review and Re-establish our digital advertising presence
  • Systematize our content production & Strategic content creation
  • Continuously improve our conversion process. 
  • Working in tandem with the inside and outside sales teams
  • Increase the quality of web-based leads, qualify and get them to contract faster and at a higher rate. 
  • Monitoring of lead behavior, rating/prioritizing leads for relative activity
  • Educating prospects through automated nurturing and other workable ways
  • Timing prospecting calls to ensure a higher answer rate.
  • Responsible in drafting, proposing and managing the digital marketing budgets as per the agreed marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing strategies including online content management, research competition, benchmark investigation and provide suggestions which makes the Marketing efforts produces desired results.
  • Ensure to keep abreast with new technologies and platforms related to digital marketing and keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Oversee performance marketing domain including brands, campaign platforms, and optimise SEO for the markets.
  • Provide day to day directions and manage a team of people and ensure smooth operations, coordination of services and products.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a bachelor's degree Minimum 3 year work experience in digital marketing and 1 year managerial role
  • Excellent knowledge and experience  of online-marketing, SEO, web & mobile analytics and mobile
  • Passion for Marketing in the B2B space 
  • Experience in social media management, tools and database marketing

  • Strong analytical skills with eye for detail
