Job Description
- Engage with potential customers via multiple channels such as phone, email, social media, etc;
- Verify customer needs and pitch appropriate products and/or services;
- Generate appointments for the sales team to meet prospective customers;
- Attend to incoming sales inquiries, and ensure overall customer satisfaction;
- Assist in data validation and data management;
- Keep records of customer information, engagement, deals, etc;
- Achieve and report on daily and monthly work progress;
- Research and analyze Asian market trends across different industries;
- Maintains safe and clean working environment & operations by following policies and procedures;
- Handle Inbound Queries and Outbound Calls
- Contribute to team effort and achieve team targets;
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar telemarketing roles required;
- Able to learn quickly and achieve daily targets set;
- Disciplined, self-motivating with high commitment attributes;
- Competitive and result-driven attitude.
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- Confident and articulate communication skills;
- Good listening, negotiation, and closing skills;
- Persistent and able to handle rejections;
