Job Requirements
Responsible and accountable for:
· Managing end-to-end sales for new business opportunities for QSES
· Achievement of revenue targets for new business generation across Malaysia and surrounding Asian regions’
· Balance short-term sales needs with strategic sales to ensure alignment with the way the business recognises revenue
· Build a strong pipeline to support achievement of revenue targets in 18/19 across Malaysia and surrounding Asian regions’
· Conduct lead sourcing and qualification of sales leads
· Conduct sales calls and articulate benefits and features of QSES enrolment products to prospective clients
· Present sales demonstrations to prospective clients; negotiate and close contracts
· Maintain thorough documentation of sales activity and information obtained during sales calls and presentations into SalesForce
· Provide timely forecasting to the Managing Director, with focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Create integration between sales, marketing and client success teams to achieve a cohesive external message
· Convey information regarding prospective clients’ needs that are not met by current products to appropriate staff
Personal Requirements to Meet Position Objectives:
· Min of 3 years’ experience in a sales role renewal/new business or solution-selling in a competitive market with a 6-12-month sales cycle
· Exceptional client and people management skills.
· Commercial acumen and the ability to spot a business opportunity.
· Ability to deliver against financial targets.
· Highly competitive and self-motivated
· Strategic thinker with effective time management skills
· Ability to thrive in an independent setting, and as a member of a team as needed
· Extensive travel required
