About The Job

The candidate must be able to carry out their duties delicately. A front office assistant must have high level of patience when dealing with customer's complaints. They are required to perform admin task in proper manner.

  • Carry out paperwork and also front office duties. 
  • Answer calls daily to ensure they are answered in proper manner. 
  • To be able to multitask when required. 
  • Ensure that all duties are carried out in proper manner and accordingly. 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Administration or any field 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Able to carry out Front Office and Administrative tasks 
  • Meticulous, trustworthy and self-motivated 
  • Good communication skills 
  • Pleasant & able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English 
  • Able to work independently
