  • To carry out Administrative duties such as preparing letters and reports, updating records...
  • Handle paperwork for certain departments and prepare necessary invoices.
  • Ensure office equipments and documents are all in place. 
  • Assist Head of Department in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department 

Job Requirements

 Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Experience is an advantage but not compulsory
  • Fresh graduates who are energetic and motivated will be considered
  • Meticulous, well-organized and attentive to details
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Familiar with Excel, Word
  • Strong sense of responsibility
