Job Description
We are looking for a young, willing-to-learn, self-directed personality to provide technical support to both internal teams and also some of PurelyB’s customers and vendors.
What you will do:
- Support the internal team with their technical needs such as email setup, office automation, management of online software subscriptions and domains, help record and track technical assets.
- Provide technical support to customers of PurelyB portal.
Job Requirements
- Good communication skills (written and oral)
- Very comfortable with technology and has had extensive use of software such email applications, web/online/cloud software, CRM, Customer Support systems (*** you should be able to impress us with the amount of software that you have tried, tested and used)
- Familiar with web control panels to help setup email, manage domains, etc
- Able to help people who are less technology-savvy to navigate around software and getting things done
- Willing to learn new skills such as web traffic analytics
- Able to work independantly and highly organized
