Job Description

We are looking for a smart and talented designer to join us for a full time position. Your role will include mostly digital and some print design, including creating marketing campaigns and ad units, email templates, event signage, print collateral, evolving the brand’s look and feel, and working on the visual design and UX of PurelyB web products. You will be working closely with product development, ad sales, and editorial teams.

The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You must have a strong desire to develop creatively and to move the PurelyB brand forward.

Job Requirements

A strong balance of identity, typography, layout, and illustration design skills.
Interest in digital editorial design, and partnering with editors to create infographics and imagery used in editorial content.
Interest in creating and executing ad campaigns across digital platforms.
Ability to understand advertising needs and develop comprehensive solutions to meet their objectives.
A portfolio that demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to design clean, modern interfaces across platforms.
Ability to conceptualize creative solutions to solve design problems.
Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team effort but also to work independently to deliver on individual responsibilities.
Fluent in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, as well as Microsoft Office Suite including Apple Keynote.
Experience designing for responsive web sites is a must.
Prototyping skills a plus
