Job Description

• Able to supervise & manage team members. 
• Handle full set of accounts and able to develop annual cost budget, financial projection and other ad-hoc assignment. 
• Prepare monthly management account and GST filing. 
• Prepare analysis for data from operation site. 
• Monitoring company’s cash flow.
• Prepare periodical budget for operation. 
• Liaising with Auditors, Tax Agents and Financial Institutions. 
• Prepare and submission of documents to various local authorities and bank. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent. 
• Those with partial professional qualification with related experience will be considered. 
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar position. Working experience with Plantation Company will be an added advantage. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Application such as MS Word and MS Excel and proficiency in computerized accounting system (eg: QnE system). 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese are preferable. 
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, good organization skill, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required, able to work under pressure and fast changing environment. 
• With audit experience will be an added advantage. 
• Must be willing to travel.
