Job Description
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications according to company standard guideline
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Replace parts as required
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Assist in daily operation duty

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in IT/Computer Science/Networking and etc
- Part time Degree student welcome to apply too (e.g. wawasan open uni)
- Able to work independently
- Willing to work in small company
- Willing to handle admin task at the same time
