Job Description

Company: Training Provider
Working Hour :Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm (have to reach early at 8am)

  • Greet and receive visitors coming to the office
  • Answering queries and incoming calls
  • Handle validation of parking tickets
  • Prepare monthly parking ticket validation report
  • Handle postages and courier services
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence (faxes & mails)
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the office and classrooms
  • Handle test administration
  • Prepare monthly exam report
  • Coordinate training administration
  • Print attendance certificates for customers
  • Handle office refreshment
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Handle office administration (office stationeries, office keys, staff attendance system & etc.)

Job Requirements

  • Min Diploma/Degree in any field
  • You must be friendly, self discipline and hardworking
  • Experiences working as Customer Service, Receptionist, Front Desk officer is added advantage
  •  Able to communicate in English, Bahasa and Chinese language
  • Detail oriented and love to handle admin task
