About The Job

Company Background: Manufacturing
Working Hours: Mon- Fri 8am-5.30pm/8.30am-6pm

  • Effectively and efficiently create, compile, complete, proofread, revise and type from verbal communication, notes of management meetings, correspondence and documents.
  • Keep and coordinate management’s approved budget and requisitions.
  • Receiving and routing telephone calls, responding to general questions and providing information and other assistance such as hotel booking, transport arrangements, as needed.
  • To carry out daily administration of the department including filing, sorting, typing, photocopying, receive and record all incoming calls, mails, e-mails.
  • Keep and submit report of staff daily attendance to Human Resource department.
  • Compile and coordinate preparation of monthly General Manager’s claims at specified deadline.
  • Compile and coordinate documents and reports from Head of Department and other staff.
  • Maintain and manage management standard operating procedures and standard forms.
  • Sort and file material alphabetically, numerically and chronologically; search files for specified information; create and maintain files and file systems.
  • Assist CSR in processing of orders from customers, managing inventory level and re-ordering.
  • Assist the CSR to liaise with freight forwarders and transporters for outstation delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder freshgraduates
  • SPM Holder with at 1 year experience
  • Good in communication
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin language is added advantage
