* Analysing and reporting on visitor data and devise new ways to market products, look out for partners, agencies/vendor or retailers and new advertising channels.
* Driving and manage all display advertising activities, including: Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing and Yahoo Ad networks for reach and conversion.
* Monitoring and reporting on performance marketing effectiveness and user activity, and act upon this intelligence
* Keeping up to date with the latest trends, opportunities and learning in online marketing, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
* Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies.
* Oversee external and internal communications: Execute communications from concept to copy across all below the line channel such as web platform, email and in-app.
* Contribute to product developments - Identify gaps in our user insights and provide input and suggestions to how we can deliver the best experience for our users
Job Requirements
Requirements:
* Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experiences are encouraged to apply
* Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is preferred
* Strong written and communication skills
* Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and a willingness to adopt a generalist mindset
* Self motivated and have good habits in work/task organising, on-time delivery while coping with a fast moving environment
* Be proficient in of Microsoft Suite (especially Excel), analytics tools (Google Analytics). Knowledge in Adobe programs especially Illustrator, Photoshop is a bonus!
* Be experienced in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
* Be knowledgeable in managing SEO/SEM, market database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be pretty awesome.
