Job Description

• Responsible for work safety, hygiene, and smooth operation for vegetables production 
• Responsible for daily job coordination for workers 
• Responsible to protect crops from pest without chemical approach 
• Responsible for inspection of farm equipment, facilities, store and related area. Ensure these areas are well maintain at all time and in tip-top condition. 
• Records daily, weekly, monthly logs as required by the company.
• Ensures farm and germination area is clean and free of hazards at all time.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Certificate related to agriculture study (major in horticulture or crop production) 
2. Minimum 1-year experience in vegetable farming or related field 
3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
4. Able to work independently under minimum supervision and good team player 
5. Able to take initiative, responsible, well leadership and resilient to work under extreme pressure. 
6. Positive attitude, innovative and creative, flexible and versatile, able to work well in a team oriented. 
7. Computer literate is an advantage because majority all record is done by software.
8. Willing to relocate, stay in the farm and flexible to work when requires by the company at all time. 
9. Hardworking, discipline and willing to work extra hours when requires by the company. 
10. Posses own transportation added advantage for this position because it requires to travel to different farm.
