Job Description

• Initiate, coordinate and lead cross functional teams to achieve continuous improvement from various aspects of the process improvement engineering, including designing, planning, implementation and/or sustaining activities.
• Create, document and maintain quality control plan, overall and respective process flow and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in production as set by the company, in order to identify process and quality improvement opportunities. 
• Setup internal process and quality audit management system, and to perform audit according to plan.
• To monitor and control daily and periodic quality data to drive root cause analysis.
• Create, document and maintain root cause analysis database and to ensure related document, i.e SOP, control plan, etc are updated to avoid recurring issues.
• To lead and drive process lead time, cost, rejects reduction, one best way and relevant projects/activities. 

Job Requirements

• Self-motivated and organisation skill to enable planning, execution, and implementation in a timely manner.
• Able to work with minimum supervision. 
• Achieve results through diverse cross-functional team. 
• Excellence communication with all levels of the organisation and fluent in English language. 
• Strong computer and data analysis and troubleshooting skill.
• Bachelor Degree in any Engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in high volume/advanced automation industry.
