Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of Malaysian payroll
• Responsible for the coordination efforts between different stakeholders to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data for accurate payroll processing
• Responsible to prepare detailed payroll reports, such as leave, attendance and more
• Maintain employee records and ensure that employee changes are entered correctly and made on a timely basis
• Manage onboarding of new employees 

Job Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Administration/Business Management or any other related course
• 1 to 3 years work experience in Payroll 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, structured and ambitious
• Comfortable with calculations
• Prior experience in payroll a plus
• Available to start work within 1 month (preferred)
• Must be fluent in English and Malay
