Job Description

 
  • Ensure a high-standard of customer success to existing and potential customers
  • Manage and grow a team of customer success executives
  • Empower team members with a focus on personal and professional development while managing PayrollPanda’s business needs
  • Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the team, and provide reports to internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the leadership team and other departments on overall company strategy and improvements
  • Constantly analyze, refine, and iterate on internal processes to make them simpler and more efficient 

Job Requirements

 
  • 5-10 years of manager experience in customer service or related field
  • Passionate about customer support and a customer-first mentality
  • Ability to set strategy and articulate clear objectives at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, structured and ambitious
  • Extremely well organised with an ability to handle and digest large amounts of information from a variety of sources
  • Available to start work within 1 month (preferred)
