Job Description

  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support enquiries via online chat, email and phone 
  • Respond to customer support enquiries in a clear, thorough, and timely manner 
  • Deliver online product demos and answer technical queries 
  • Assist customers with onboarding 
  • Provide managed payroll services for selected customer using our app 

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • High attention to detail, structured and ambitious 
  • Comfortable with calculations 
  • Prior experience in customer success or payroll a plus 
  • Preferably candidates that are able to start work immediately 
  • Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Other languages would be an advantage 
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent. Fresh graduate or junior with 1 to 3 years of working experience are encouraged to apply 
  • Required Skill(s): Telesales, Outbound Call, Inbound Call, Support, Communication, Customer Service, Negotiation
