Job Description

PayrollPanda is a HR cloud-based platform that enables Malaysian SMEs to increase HR productivity. Features include payroll, leave management, time & attendance and more. PayrollPanda is part of LaunchPad, a venture builder that identifies and maximises tech-related opportunities. Our HQ is in Bandar Utama, Malaysia.

We actively partner with selected firms in the accounting, hr, legal and admin space across Malaysia. We’re looking for someone to further drive this with our senior team. Outline of tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

Drive entire cycle from partner identification, outreach, meeting to onboarding partners.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with partners over email, phone and meetings.
Consistently generate new leads from partners for the sales team.
Work closely with partnership team on growth strategy and new initiatives.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 years experience in business development, sales, account management or equivalent (in software/accounting/legal industry a plus)
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proven track record of achievement, exceeding sales quotas or equivalent.
Great communication skills, enjoy facing clients and comfortable presenting.
Self-driven, analytical, structured and high attention to details.
Available to start work within 1 month or immediately.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, IT, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
