• Similar to us, we have 1) PantangPlus customers and 2) PantangPlus therapists.
• We have to take care both spectrum, with a smile

• Delivery of excellent level of customer service
• Be people-pleasers, your main objective will be to keep our customers happy!
• Handling customer enquiries in a pleasant and confident manner
• Handling customer inquiries throughout all channels including Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, email, phone calls etc 
• Remind customer on the payment
• Recover payment due from customer
• Analyse customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience.
• Focused on customer satisfaction, service and happiness. 
• Handle complaints and dissatisfaction. Make sure customer is happy again.
• Provide administrative support, as and when required. 
• Managing, scheduling, verifying, processing of bookings

Job Requirements

• Possess own transport
• Pleasant personalities
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Exposure in health and wellness is an added advantage
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 3-5 years experience in operations and customer service.
• A BIG passion for helping customers. 
• Lots of self-drive with a motivation and desire to succeed. 
• People-Loving / People-Serving Attitude 
• Strong conversational and rapport-building skills 
• Strong problem-solving skills. Numerate, analytical, with good attention to detail 
• Fast learner 
• Willingness to “go the extra mile” if required 
• Team players who are good at following and carrying out directions
• Team player who enjoys working in an energetic, fun, environment 
• Keen interest in professional development and career growth 
• This role is one that involves interacting with people at various levels on the company hierarchy.
• Excellent in both English and Bahasa Melayu, written and oral.

• Exhibiting good organizational abilities in order to keep everything on track
• Possessing a goal-oriented mentality to always be on the lookout for ways to make the company more efficient
