Job Description

• FB ads. Manage and monitor FB ads in order to optimize the conversion rate.
• Other channels. Optimize influencers, referral and other marketing channels conversion rate
• Website. Optimize website conversion rate
• EDM. Manage & execute email marketing campaigns
• PR. Plan and execute publicity campaigns and PR activities
• Project management. Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating
  tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing
  and revising ideas, and implementing projects
• Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
• Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
• Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends;
  implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns
  to include new information.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Specialist in FB ads/ influencers CRO (conversion rate optimization)
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years work experience in digital marketing
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and self-manage against tight timelines and aggressive expectations
• Well-spoken and able to communicate effectively with external press and partners
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
• Obsessed with pop culture and up to date on celebrity news and fashion
