Job Description

Accounting
  • Invoice, receipts, claims and payment vouchers processing
  • Vendor payment processing 
  • Maintenance of Folders & Paperwork
  • Payment follow ups
  • Liaising with Tax accountant
  • Year end closing accounts
  •  Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable 

Administration

  • Client and employee file managemnet
  • HR functions
  • Liaising with company secretary
  • Handling senior managements file orders  
  • Manage employee payrolls, EPF/SOCSO 

Job Requirements

  •  Diploma/ Degree/ Professional certifications in any Accounting, Finance, Banking, Administration or equivalent
  • English must be proficient as we deal with many foreign clients
  • Detail oriented
  • Required skills: Microsoft Office, file management, HR functions, Secretarial Work
  • Ability to handle multiple task concurrently and be organized
  • Trustworthy with good sense of discipline
  • Self - motivated, analytical, responsible to changes and can work independently.
