Job Description
- Responsible for daily AP functions as vendor's invoices and payment processing
- Handle full-set of accounts
- Preparation of regulatory reporting, analysis monthly finance report statement and creditors statement reconciliation
- Prepare audit schedule
- Monitoring the account and credit control . Support month-end and year-end process
- Ensure all payment amounts and records are accurate
- Cash flow update & forecast, prepare monthly management reporting
- Monthly meeting for budgeting
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major
- 1-2 years of working experience in the related fields
- Willing to work in Penang Island
