Job Description
- For development, we are mainly a python + java + Debian house.
- Nginx and Wowza for HTTP / streaming delivery
- MariaDB for high availability.
- Running Bird daemon to manage a global anycast DNS that is powered by our proprietary algorithm with PowerDNS.
- Nagios / munin / collectd for our monitoring purposes.
- We use ELK right now for our internally built beacons with statsd
- Heavy deployment automation with Puppetd
- Vagrant to have your own development environment
- Design, code, document and execute unit tests, system integration, acceptance tests and testing tools for functions with high complexity
- Automate backend integration and operations
Job Requirements
- Candidate must process at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor's Degree,Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technologies,Engineering ( computer/Telecommunication ) or equivalent
- Interested in learning how internet technology works and willing to pick up new programming language
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum 6 months internship
