About The Job

Customer Success is one of the key functions to drive growth for our business. The team aims to optimise customers' satisfaction and retention, by helping them derive maximum value from the Oddle solution that will help in growing their business.

As our Client Account Executive, you will play one of the most integral aspects of Oddle's vision - bringing value through growth and brand recognition for our rapidly growing clientele. You will also be an ambassador of our goal to build a sustainable F&B ecosystem in Malaysia. Through your expertise in our solution, you will provide the bridge between Oddle and our clientele, driving relationships that will influence internal business strategies and provide the catalyst for Oddle's global expansion. 

 
What you will do:
  • Customer Expert: Work closely with our merchants through their Oddle journey, building good relationships with them while ensuring their success through providing effective advice when needed
  • Product Expert: Be the product expert and empower our restaurant partners in getting the best out of the Oddle solution
  • Business Consultant: Through diligent monitoring of our restaurant partners’ usage and performance on the Oddle solution, you will help them identify potential business areas for improvement
  • Marketing Consultant & Revenue Expansion: Having identified potential areas for improvement, you will then put on the hat of a marketing consultant and introduce initiatives and/or cross-sell marketing services that will help our restaurant partners
  • Account Manager & Revenue Retention: While maintaining rapport, in the long run, you will be responsible for the renewal of their subscription 

Job Requirements

What it takes:
  • At least 2 years of client account management experience
  • Proactive in taking initiatives, self-initiated and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships is your forte
  • Committed and passionate in seeing our merchants succeed using the Oddle solution
  • Strong analytical thinking, number-driven and confident with data-driven decision making
  • Highly determined, self driven with the ability to learn fast and adapt to changes in a fast paced and growth-focused startup
  • Possess good attitude towards learning and improving
  • Good team player and willingness to share knowledge and experiences with team members
  • Malaysian applicants are preferred as this role requires an intermediate knowledge & experience of the local market

WHAT YOU'LL BE GETTING YOURSELF INTO
