Job Description
#RTVMalaysia was founded in November 2013. We use video to build a human bridge to create a real digital connection. We don't just produce TVC-like videos for clients. We also advise, by way of stratgically creative content that is best for them in the mid to long term when it comes to digital content. We work closely with the client to complement or execute plans for targeted distribution and amplification of the videos that we produce.

A RTV Creative Producer will have to :
- Actively seek potential project leads in terms of brands & agencies that we can work with.
- Conceptualize creative content ideas based on briefs received from clients for all types of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Translate the concept into a deck and pitch / present to prospective clients.
- Manage relationship with Clients & Agencies before, during and after projects completion.
- Good knowledge of what types of content do well on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & other social media platforms.
Job Requirements
A RTV Assistant Creative Producer should be comfortable coming up with & telling stories by :
- Presenting / Pitching ideas to prospective clients.
- Communicating with different people from clients, vendors and colleagues to pitch, manage and execute a project.
- Monitoring, managing and executing projects from pre to post production.
- Working with teams of all sizes as production scales are different from project to project.
