Job Description

  • To handle operation of hotel which includes hotel cleanliness & customer happiness
  • To recruit and train housekeeping and front office.
  • To handle and resolve guest complaints and special request.
  • To handle daily closing.
  • To be able to order and manage supply inventory
  • To be able to work for long hours when required.
  • To be able to work on weekends.
  • To be able to team lead and supervise.

Job Requirements

  • Prior work experience with retail industry would be an advantage but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized is a must. 
  • You are open to take on responsibility and work under pressure.
