Job Description
- To handle operation of hotel which includes hotel cleanliness & customer happiness
- To recruit and train housekeeping and front office.
- To handle and resolve guest complaints and special request.
- To handle daily closing.
- To be able to order and manage supply inventory
- To be able to work for long hours when required.
- To be able to work on weekends.
- To be able to team lead and supervise.
Job Requirements
- Prior work experience with retail industry would be an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being organized is a must.
- You are open to take on responsibility and work under pressure.
