Job Description

Successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and external agencies with the investment and real estate industries, acting as designated point of contact in relation to a portfolio of properties, taking full ownership for managing work volumes and priorities and to generate sales volume that meets the high expectations of the company.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Liaise with clients, financial advisers, lenders, solicitors and managing agents as needed, on all aspects of property purchase, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Act with professionalism and integrity in all contact with colleagues, members and third parties and demonstrate zeal and passion towards pursuing the company sales.
  • Make clear and concise reports on all sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications:-
  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A team player and able to work independently using own initiative
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • An understanding of the types of legal documentation involved in purchasing, selling and managing a property would be advantage.
