Job Description

 
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
  • Walk customers through the process of installing the apps on their mobile device and sign up the apps for the first time.
  • Step by step guide on how to use the apps and additional feature.
  • Help customers troubleshoot issues they encounter while using the apps and provide  actionable tips to resolve the problem.
  • Working with tech team if the problem is more serious
  • Logging and keeping records of customer queries & technical problem.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Job Requirements


  • At least possess Diploma and above in any related field
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales and Operation
  • Have basic knowledge & experience in customer service skill
  • Good communication skill and problem solving personality
  • Able to start immediately
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
