You will learn to :
- Meet and Handle incoming calls and live chat with customers in order to provide best assistance and customer service.
- To generate and provide leads for your teammates.
- Collect feedback from customers to for improvement.
- Perform other administrative and lead conversion rate analytical studies as assigned.
- To spread out words to get more signups.
- Got the opportunity to deal with B2B sales, customer service and objection handling skills.
- Oppotunity to deal with people in the mass market and improve on communication skills.
