Job Description

• to manage and coordinate project related to contractual matters i.e budgets, BQ, final accounts and other documentations 
• to prepare and submit progress claim, variation orders and final account to client 
• to evaluate progress claim and final accounts from subcontractor 
• taking off quantities and measurement 
• attend site meetings and site valuations 
• good knowledge in cost estimation, claims and certification 
• must alert on the actual site construction status by giving a proper update on work done 

Job Requirements

• Required language: English |  Bahasa Malaysia | Mandarin/Cantonese (Speaking)
• Candidates must possess own transport 
• Experience and academic background in the relevant fields is preferred 
• Knowledge of Aluminum & Glass (Window & Door) will be an add advantage
