Job Description
- To perform QS duties in contracts, BQ, site measurements/variations and etc
- To do tendering, costing, estimation and quotation evaluations
- Managing, monitoring and co-ordinating all quantity surveying work and contractual matters
- Interpret drawings & specifications to calculate project costs
- To handle progress claim, site valuations, variation orders and final account
- To attend all projects meeting & liaise with clients, architects & associate consultants in the administration of projects
- Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
- To provide advices on contractual matters including claims
- Administer pre and post contract works

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- At least 4 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Executive specialised in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Language required : English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an advantages
- Must be a team player, committed, hard working
- Must possess own transport
- Able to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
- Age between 28-40 years old
- At least 4 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
