Job Description

  • Prepare quotation / sales confirmation orders / tenders for our sales team. 
  • To ensure quotation / sebutharga/ tender are emailed or send to potential clients within the stipulated deadline. 
  • To check new tender / sebutharga advertised at local media and online e-perolehan, tender 2u (local university) website on daily basic and update to our sales team as well as to arrange further necessary action immediately. 
  • To handle customers’ inquiry and complaint (transaction related to sales team) 
  • To assist our sales teams to identify the sources of supply. 
  • To follow up with potential clients / end users on the status of receiving our sales confirmation order / sebutharga/ tender submitted. 
  • To design and prepare marketing material/leaflet (sales campaign, sales promotion catalogue) for sales team. 
  • To assist in exhibition and workshop participated by our office. 
  • To maintain and updates sales data and record at our system accurately. 
  • To prepare and provide sales fortnightly/monthly/quarterly/yearly report and other related forecasting reports or as and when required by sales engineer/ sales manager and top management. 
  • To liaise with our appointed courier agents and branches for daily outgoing documents/goods delivery to clients and branches (for sales department ). 
  • To ensure products catalogue are kept in proper manner. 
  • To maintain proper record of exhibition and demo participated by our company. 
  • To maintain and enhance marketing department filing system efficiently. 
  • To ensure company private and confidential document are kept and locked in cabinet at all time. 
  • To assist in monitoring the e-process of purchase from government. 
  • To monitor purchase order summary list to suppliers. 
  1. scan and email prepare PO to supplier 
  2. follow up on the acknowledge copy from supplier. 
  3. follow up the Performa invoice/ order confirmation from supplier. 
  • You are not only limited to the above mentioned work scopes but also other assignments that assigned to you from time to time. You are also encouraged to “lend a helping hand” and cooperate with your colleagues and when require ensuring smooth operation of the company.

Position based in HQ - KUCHING.

Job Requirements

 
  • Diploma/Degree holder.
  • At least one year experience in related field.
  • Preferably English and Malay spoken, Mandarin is an added advantage.
