Job Description
· Responsible for providing first level technical support and troubleshooting.
· Liase with system vendors for issue escalation and change requests.
· Lead and facilitate user requirements and user acceptance test sessions for new system implementation or system enhancements.
· Propose solution, prepare documentation and develop process flows.
· Develop custom reports, stored procedures and scripts when necessary.
· Assist in project management including issue management and risk management.
· Report progress regularly to Project Manager.
· Maintain good relationship with system users and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
· Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent.
· 2-5 years working experience in project delivery or technical support environment.
· Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
· Knowledge in ERP applications is an added advantage.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Independant as well as team player with good analytical skills, well-organized, proactive and eager to learn.
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
