Job Description
As a product executive, you are able to determine the products that the company produces. Not only would you need to deal with client's expectation as well as customer's. You are required to work together with the product manager and determine the outcome of the product before they are released according to schedule.
- Assisting product manager on planning, management, coordination, execution and deliverables as mentioned above
- Report on progress, subscription, product development & enhancement, organize WIP, monitor competitors, liaison with Web Master / Tech Stakeholders.
- Responsible for product roadmap planning & timeline and product release
- Responsible for user experience & operations of Product (including SOP flow & document)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in project management and client servicing profile, preferably in digital field
- High level of understanding on digital projects (web, app development)
- Great communication skills to bridge technical teams with clients and to ensure key messaging is delivered
- Good negotiation and problem solving skills
- Self- motivated
- Great presentation skills
