Job Description

1. To be the idea champion and develop creative ideas for all Radio Networks stations: Fly FM, Hot FM, One FM and Kool FM, all based on client’s campaign and objections.
2. Responsible to drive creative brainstorming sessions to come up with ideas that cut across 360’ campaigns that includes radio, digital, social media and on-ground event / activation together with our stations’ talents.
3. Develop creative festival and thematic ideas for the brand and clients.
4. To develop powerpoint presentation for sales team to pitch to clients.
5. To shout about our radio station and drive revenue through trade marketing and other business platform.
6. To organize roadshow and trade events for networking purposes.
7. To design trade newsletter for radio to share with clients and agencies.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent with designing background
2. 2 - 3 years’ experience in related field preferably in media / broadcast or any related industry
3. Bright, positive, helpful, friendly, motivated, fun personality.
4. Well versed with latest trend in media / entertainment / digital industry
5. A team player.
6. Advanced user with PowerPoint and Photoshop Illustrator is a must.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Good written communications skills in English.
