Job Description

• Assist in executing Corporate Finance activities and projects within the Group
• Involved in due diligence process
• Assist in developing financial models and performing valuation analysis
• Assist with preparation and delivery of proposals and presentations
• Highlight all issues and potential issues in the process of gathering and review of information and documents, and drafting of relevant documentation
• Assist in preparation of applications to authorities i.e. the Securities Commission etc
• Serve as contact person and secondary execution person while acting as liaison between external parties 
• Involved in drafting public documents while ensuring compliance with the relevant requirements and guidelines set by the authorities
• Monitor reporting covenants of debt instruments / issues

• Assist in addressing shareholder and analyst queries
• Prepare quality and timely Investor Relations (“IR”) materials for quarterly analysts’ briefings or one-to-one meeting requests by analysts and fund managers
• Prepare IR plans / calendar and assist in executing IR activities
• Maintain and update Investor Relations content for Media Prima corporate website
• Competitor monitoring, research and analysis
• Competitive benchmarking and industry development tracking
• Conduct annual acceptance survey amongst analysts and fund managers
• Prepare Q&A for matters arising from corporate proposals for AGM / EGM

Job Requirements

• Possess a recognised degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 1 year working experience in Corporate Finance, Audit, or other related areas 
• Excellent writing skills, research and good analytical skills 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
