Job Description
- To represent as the company change agent for ‘Continuous Improvement’.
- To drive the development, facilitation and monitoring of process improvement program across the Group.
- To involve in project management of key optimization and strategic initiatives.
- To assist in preparing regular updates, reports and presentations for the management.
- To conduct internal Lean methodology training to process champions / process owners.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge in Business Process Improvement and Quality Management is an advantage.
- Creative in finding solutions & able to perform multi-tasking to work under strict deadlines
- Analytical, systematic, objective driven and attention to detail.
- Good communication & presentation skills.
