Job Description
•Day-to-day management of goal setting, tracking and tasks
•Accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets
•Clear understanding of product portfolio, and current on latest market trends
•Development and execution of strategies for driving new partnership revenue
•Analyses for financial forecasting & reporting, and execution of education initiatives
•Use/development of tools and processes for tracking key performance metrics and gathering business intelligence
•Collaboration with editorial and business executives on strategic projects
•Strong relationships and regular contact with key accounts and large agencies
•Coordination with affiliate companies for large accounts
Job Requirements
•Strong analytical thinking skills, decisive, creative and also pragmatic
•Ability to work well under pressure and motivate a sales team
•Excellent communication & negotiation skills, time management and organizational skills
•Strong work ethic, professionalism and enthusiasm
•Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Previous revenue or P&L responsibility is preferred
•Past experience with CRM tools and advertising technologies/channels is a plus
