  • Manage all SLAs in relation to operation of the digital publishing platform & infrastructure. 
  • Oversee continuous process improvement initiatives for Platform & Infrastructure Support.  
  • Identify and manage all issues with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all issues are documented and circulated accordingly. 
  • Coordinator of system / service preventive & maintenance activity. 
  • Effective communication between internal user & vendor’s support team. 
  • Service / system monitoring. 
  • Technical assistant for infrastructure or server setup. 

Job Requirements

 
  • Bachelor in Information Technology and major in software.
  • Good in IT software technology such as website development, cloud computing, e-commerce, online video publishing, etc.
  • Willing to work in standby mode after business hour.
  • Experience in support field.
