Job Description

• To document all the API, process and workflow. 
• To provide workflow design for any new product development (product that need plug and play services) 
• Support GIT/Vendor in integrating with existing/new product. 
• Support Big Data initiative, on analytics tagging and making sure implementation following standards. 
• Incubate new initiative/technology to support existing/new product. 
• Supporting product strategy and roadmap. 

• Communication with internal & external parties. 
• To document and organize requirements based on agreed scope. 
• Project Management, ensure delivery are based on timeline and agreed scope. 
• To come out with MPD/GIT/Vendor development timeline and communicate it to product owner. 
• Coordinate system functionality (technical) test before sign off for delivery 

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in IT. 
• Preferably major in software engineering or system analyst or related. 
• Familiar with digital technology such as online portal, user management system, cloud computing (AWS and / or GCP), e-commerce, analytics tools & anything related. 
• At least have some programming skills (HTML5, PHP, .net, Phyton, MySQL). 
• 1 to 3 years working experience especially in system analyst or solution architect or project management.
