About The Job


In-charge of the overall function, operations and the performance of CJWowshop contact centre. 

Monitoring and improving the system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans. 

Identify process gap and propose solution to improve operation. 

Candidate should have strong communication and problem solving skills. 

Job Requirements

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point. 

Diploma in any field with Minimum 3 years of Customer Service & Call Centre experience. 

Preferably have at least 1 year experience specifically in Call Centre Operation.
