Job Description

• Perform requirement gathering, system analysis and design, automation framework development (Web & Automation Development) and integration; 
• Build WordPress website and design layouts;
• Ensure all websites are well-maintained, functional, customised and integrated with third party softwares, plugins and apps as per requirements from time to time;
• Assist in automated and provide technical support for the CRM software, membership sites and other online community-based platforms;
• Innovate user experience flow for both Company and client to improve the convenience and customer satisfaction.
• Assist building sales and marketing funnels that can reduce manual work and improve productivities with Company resources. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or minimum one (1) year related working experienced in programming and websites design;
• MUST possess programming knowledge, skill and familiar with WordPress and cPanel;
• Experienced in using Infusionsoft it a hugh advantage;
• Experienced in marketing, engaging with clients is an added advantage;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot;
• Fast learner, resourceful and able to work independently without much supervision to apply this role;
• Passionate in building and developing websites, analyse and troubleshoot to rectify technical issues and difficulties;
• MUST be proactive without needing to micro-manage;
• Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an added advantage.
