Job Description

• Manage Information Technology infrastructure - handling servers, backup systems, network / security systems, door access and alarm systems;
• Manage and support systems in the local data centers and in Cloud;
• Manage and supports matters with Local LAN and WAN Links and sites-to-site VPN Link between offices;
• Perform system analysis, system testing and improvement enhancement;
• Prepare and maintain documentation in the Internal knowledge base;
• Monitor servers / system operations and plan future growth capacity;
• Administer and manage internal file servers;
• Handling 5s for server room;
• Assist to create and maintain emails and manage user access credentials on in-house system (LDAP);
• Perform other administrative tasks-keep track of hardware inventory of servers, PCs / Laptops and related parts;
• Perform periodic housekeeping and disaster recovery;
• Perform and monitor fault reports and case escalation with relevant vendors;
• Provide support to end-users, manage workstations and related equipment within the Company.
• Ensure compliance of software and hardware licenses. 

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Information Technology or its equivalent at least 2-3 years of related working experiences, specializing in Information Technology - Network / System / Database Administrative or its equivalent;
• Experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Network Switches, Synology products, hardware and system troubleshooting and Network Security will be an added advantage;
• The candidate MUST have experience in network troubleshooting skills - LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP and VLAN;
• Posses good understanding of end-user's need and able to provide effective support;
•  Required language; English, Malay, Chinese an added advantage 
• Analytic mindset, multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines under pressure;
• Able to work independently and in a team, proactive, self-driven / motivated and result oriented;
• Able to commence work immediately / short notice is an advantage.
