Job Description

• Maintain and responsible for daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
• Liaise with Vendor/Supplier for the related Software/Hardware issues.
• Propose and Source for new technique/ solution for overall PC and printers support
• Inventory and software licensing in order to keep track of hardware inventory and ensure compliance with legal software requirements.
• Maintain and Trouble-shoot back-up processes. Take pro-active measures and corrective actions for system backup, database backup and file backup.
• Conduct related user-training programs in order to enhance users’knowledge of applications to support their daily works.
• Prepare resources (PC, software, email account) for new join staff and brief Pc training for them.
• Anti-Virus Administration - close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes.
• Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
2. Diploma, in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent. 
3. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
4. Preferably Executives/Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer Network/System/Database or equivalent.
5. Full-Time position(s) available.
